2.主轴温升过高

　　可能原因：出厂所加润滑脂已耗完，主轴轴承间有微小杂物，机器转速过高，超过设计能力。

处理办法：打开主轴加入润滑脂，清理主轴轴承，按出厂标配的转速使用离心机。

2 spindle temperature rise too high

3.电机温升过高

　　可能原因：机器负荷太重，电机速度过高，电路自身设计缺陷

　　处理办法：检查是否按相关负荷运转，并按正常转速使用电机，如果一切正常，而温度仍升高，请联系电机生产厂家进行更换。

　　离心机为高速运转设备，一般处理物料为具有腐蚀性物料，在长期的使用过程中，要及时检查机器各部件是否正常，必要时予以更换，以防止造成不安全事故。

3 motor temperature too high

Possible reasons: the machine load is too heavy, the motor speed is too high, the circuit design flaws
