    (4)电机转子与整流子之间有碳粉或碳刷本身不良等"本着先易后难的修理原则,首先测量可调电阻,阻值随调节而有规律的变化,证明电位器是好的"再测量可控硅也未发现问题"在测量四只整流二极管时,发现有一只时好时坏,由于该二极管是大电流金封管"一端上螺丝紧固在电路板上,另一头用线焊接到电路板上"从电路板上拆下时,发现正负极有松动现象,再一边测量一边摇动,证实该二极管时好时坏"由于该管型号无法看清,就把同规格的管子装上,通电开机转速很快,认为刚的管子击穿,拆下测量完好无损"测量其他三只二极管也正常"但就在比较测量时,发现两种型号的二极管正负极性完全相反(即上螺丝的一端有正极性的,也有负极性的)"所以在安装时一定要注意最好用同型号的,同规格的元件"当换上同规格同型号的元件时,通电试机,一切恢复正常"
