    加强对卧式螺旋离心机设备的运行管理，才能保证卧式螺旋离心机的运行稳定：

　　(1)加强对卧式螺旋离心机转鼓的清洗，减少污泥在装鼓上的粘附，保证转鼓受力均匀;避免卧式螺旋离心机强烈振动;

　　(2)改上清液返流管冲洗水管为带毛刷的冲洗管，保证上清液返流管冲洗得彻底(在重新安装液位挡板时，确保所有的液位挡板都在相同的高度上，并保证其高度差在±0.25mm之内，避免卧式螺旋离心机由于受力不均匀而产生剧烈振动);

　　(3)控制卧式螺旋离心机进泥负荷;减少上清液固含率，降低卧式螺旋离心机磨损程度(离 15、"机的上清液从返流管中被甩出的时候，具有很高的流速，如果上清液中含有大量泥沙，会加剧卧式螺旋离心机螺栓及配重块的磨损，导致卧式螺旋离心机动平衡的破坏);

　　(4)定期进行清理污泥螺杆泵、絮凝剂自动投配装置，保持设备处于良好的待机状态。
